Shipping policy

Order Processing 

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive an additional email when your order has been completed and is ready for pickup or shipping.

Local Pickup

If you are local to the Colorado Springs area, you may choose free local pickup.  The pickup location is my studio at Cottonwood Center for the Arts, located at 427 E. Colorado Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.

Typical studio hours are:

Tuesday - 7am to 10am by appointment only
Wednesday - 7am to 10am by appointment only
Friday - 7am to 10am by appointment only
Saturday - 10am to 5pm

Order Status (for Local Pickup Orders)

You will receive an email 3 to 5 business days after you receive your order confirmation when your order is ready to be picked up. The email will include an up-to-date pickup schedule.  If none of the upcoming times on the pickup schedule work for you, email me at jessica@jstarjewelrydesigns.com to make other arrangements.

Shipping

Approximate shipping times are shown with the shipping options in your cart at checkout.  Shipping times are in addition to processing time (so 3 to 5 business days for processing plus up to 7-10 days for shipping, depending on the method you choose.)

Order Status (for Shipping Orders)

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at jessica@jstarjewelrydesigns.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
